This Site is an informational and marketing website for DEXSOFT Games. It showcases our asset packs, news, and community projects. We do not sell or process payments directly through this Site — all asset pack purchases happen on Fab or the Unity Asset Store, and are subject to those platforms’ own terms, licensing, and refund policies, not ours.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, all content on this Site — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is owned by DEXSOFT Games or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Asset packs themselves are licensed under the terms of whichever platform you purchase them from (Fab or the Unity Asset Store) — please refer to that platform’s license terms for what you’re permitted to do with a purchased pack.

Showcase & Community submissions

If you submit a project for our Showcase & Community section, you retain full ownership of your own project and content. By submitting, you grant DEXSOFT Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your submitted media, project name, and credit on this Site for the purpose of featuring your work. You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting us.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any media you send us — please only submit content you own or have permission to share.

Third-party links

This Site contains links to third-party platforms (Fab, the Unity Asset Store, Discord, Patreon, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X). We aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

No warranty

This Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability
